1. Fee Payment
- All course/training/program fees must be paid in full or as per the selected payment plan at the time of registration.
- Admission/enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment verification.
2. Payment Modes
- Payments can be made through UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, or other payment methods available on the website.
- Users must ensure that payment details entered are accurate and authorized.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
- Registration fees, admission fees, and processing charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Refund requests, if applicable, will be processed as per the organization’s refund policy.
4. Failed or Pending Transactions
- In case of failed transactions where the amount is deducted, users are advised to wait 5–7 working days for automatic reversal by the bank/payment gateway.
- If the issue persists, users may contact support with transaction details.
5. EMI / Installment Payments
- For installment-based programs, payments must be completed within the specified due dates.
- Delay in payment may result in late fees, suspension of access, or cancellation of enrollment.
6. Taxes
- Applicable taxes/GST, if any, will be charged additionally as per government regulations.
7. Receipt & Confirmation
- A payment confirmation email/message will be sent after successful payment.
- Users are advised to keep payment receipts for future reference.
8. Cancellation & Refund
- Any cancellation or refund request must be submitted officially through email or the support portal.
- Approved refunds will be processed within the applicable processing timeline.
9. Unauthorized Use
- The organization shall not be responsible for unauthorized transactions made using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
10. Modification of Terms
- The organization reserves the right to modify payment terms, fee structures, or policies at any time without prior notice.
